What is the Register of Information?
The Register of Information in the context of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) is an essential part of the compliance requirements for financial propositions. The register contains a comprehensive record of functions, ICT suppliers and their suppliers including information on IT continuity.
The extended register consists of 12 data tables that should be delivered periodically to the responsible supervisors (ECB/AFM/DNB) according to a defined data format. This involves more than 100 data quality rules.
Financial institutions are expected to deliver a register to the responsible regulator by April 2025.
